Frank grew up on the next block from me.  Over the last few years I had the opportunity to meet with him and his wonderful family in Vegas.  He loved life and was always positive.  He was a loving husband and father.  He will be missed.

Frank was a great guy.  Always had a smile and a kind word for you in High School.  May he rest in peace with no more pain and suffering.
