Donald Testa
1946-06-13 1968-05-07I was adopted by Dominick Testa, Donald's father. While I was very young, I loved Donald from the minute I met him. He was kind and sweet. He had a softness about him that earned the trust of those around him. I remember him turning off his football game to let "his little sister" (me) watch Bugs Bunny. I was 5. I hold all his medals as a tribute of the life he gave for his country. I love my brother. I carry the family name with honor. He and Dad were both men of honor!
tribute by Allenda TestaDonald was my stepbrother. His father married my mother shortly before he was sent to Viet Nam. He was very supportive of the marrage and for a while we three girls had a brother. Donald's dad died years ago as did my mom. We miss them both and Donald too. He was a good person.
tribute by Linda BegegaDonald and I grew up together in the 50's and 60's. He was always a selfless person and a good friend. Little did I realize that my friend would die a "Brother In Arms", an American hero who made the ultimate scarifice in Vietnam. He is truly missed and I am proud to have known him as I did. Donald rest well and know that your courage and service to our country will always be remembered.
tribute by Frank SamartinoDon was one of my best friends through High School. He was very brilliant. He had much to contribute to the world but lost his life to early in Viet Nam.
tribute by Daniel SchweitDonald was a classmate and friend. His life was cut short while in the service of his country in Viet Nam . Donald enjoyed our time at the "Annex." Donald is one of Lindenhurst's greatest heroes. God bless his soul.
