Carl and I met in November after graduation.  I knew I had heard his name in school and the yearbook as most artistic.  We were 18.  Married at 20 and  together until 2020.  Carl was a loving, creative, hardworking husband, father, son and brother to his family.  Lastly, he was the bravest person I have ever known as he battled acute myeloid leukemia and many other health complications for the last 10 months of his life.  I will love him forever.
